The Doors Open
Founder Marco Rossi opens the first Pizza factory location on Cedar St in Burlington, WA — just 12 seats, a stone oven, and an enormous dream.

Pizza factory is named "Best Pizza in Skagit County" by the Burlington Herald — a milestone that put us on the map and brought hungry new fans through our door.
Major Expansion
We triple our seating capacity with a full dining room renovation, add a dedicated catering kitchen, and launch delivery service across Burlington and surrounding areas.
